Hand painted murals for the children and their families to have while spending triumphant time at the hospital.

This is my painting for their polyclinic. 2014
It's a tree where the Blue bird with a Golden peak (from the Finnish lullaby 'Sininen Uni')  sits and is companioned
by a butterfly named "Ray of light Goldwing" (Päivänsäde Kultasiipi - also from a Finnish kids song).
 Butterfly was painted in memorial of a little girl who's battle with cancer inspired these paintings to be done.

This was my first mural for the hospital and I painted this one while still recovering from a brain infection.
Making these paintings means the world for me, since I know first hand how scary and lonely the nights during the treatments can be for an adult, let alone for a kid with huge imagination.
So covering the gray walls with an inspiring and uplifting paintings for the kids was my first mission after getting out of hospital myself. And these walls set me up for a path I am today.

This video is my first one and it's a bit lengthy as I was still recovering and slowly started to learn how to use Premiere Pro as I painted and shot this video with the camera on my laptop.
